The Transmission System Operator, at the exercise of its competences, aims to the minimization of total expenses of production, transport, distribution and benefit of electricity in the consumers. In this base, the Departments of Organic Structure of Transmission System Operator are:

Personnel
The personnel of the Transmission System Operator, apart from the Director, emanates from the personnel of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC), with the same terms of employment to that of the EAC personnel.
